Latvia and enabling new business

Latvia is situated in the middle of the Baltics offering the best access to the whole Baltic market with almost 6 million people. In addition, it is the best connected of the Baltic countries to Europe – by air and by sea enabling cost efficient location for accessing European customers.

Latvia will be granted around 10 billion euros from the EU in the period until 2027 which is the highest amount in history enabling many new development projects – from construction industry (especially increasing energy efficiency), digitalization – in the state sector but also in companies, health sector and new funds enabling cross border R&D.

We will discuss business and aspects how to make the cooperation most enjoyable – from differences that you should be aware of to bleisure (business + leisure travel) tips from AirBaltic – the major carrier of business passengers to Latvia.

The event is co-organized by Enterprise Europe Network, Finland Chamber of Commerce, Finland-Latvia Business Association, Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce and Turku Chamber of Commerce.
