A’Pelago Initiative is a forum for Blue Economy builders, who care deeply about the future of our Seas, who choose to collaborate across sectors and borders, and who have the courage to create solutions where none yet exist. The event is organized onsite in Turku, on 19-20 August 2026.
The Initiative brings over 300 entrepreneurs, business leaders, investors, researchers, NGOs, and innovators together to turn ideas into impact. This year, the theme focuses on From Ocean Literacy to Action and Bridging the Finance Gap.
Alongside the keynotes, workshops and pitches, the networking helps you to make meaningful connections with the investors, researchers and across startups and business.
MATCHMAKING IS ORGANIZED BY ENTERPRISE EUROPE NETWORK
The A’Pelago Initiative participants have an opportunity to book 20-minute 1 to1 onsite meetings with other registered matchmaking participants.
Participation to the matchmaking requires registration:
1/ Register to the main event A’Pelago Initiative 2026. This is a pre-requisite for the matchmaking registration. Register here
2/ After the main event registration, register to the matchmaking. The matchmaking registration is approved by the organizer. Register here
