Czech Republic is a strong growing economy in the Central Eastern Europe. It is the wealthiest country of the CEE region, and with 10 million inhabitants and GDP growth on long term at level of 4%, it is an attractive market. It is located right in the middle of the Europe and having short distance to all European markets; thus, Czech Republic records very high export figures. The country has a very strong manufacturing industry, and in particular automotive industry, but it excels not only in the traditional engineering areas but also in novel technologies such as ICT. Czech Republic is very strong in e-commerce for example. In recent IMD World Competitiveness Ranking Czech Republic advanced to 26th place.
