The Driving Urban Transitions (DUT) Call 2025 is a funding opportunity supporting transnational research and/or innovation projects that help cities tackle urban challenges and transition towards a climate neutral and resilient future for all. The DUT Partnership is co-funded within the European Research and Innovation (R&I) Framework Programme, Horizon Europe.
Phase 1: Pre-proposals must be submitted to the DUT application portal by 17 Nov 2025, 14:00 (CEST).
Phase 2: Only parties invited on the basis of a pre-proposal can participate in the second phase and submit actual funding applications. The second phase will open on 20 Feb 2026. The invited parties must submit applications both to the DUT portal and Business Finland’s online service by 23 April 2026, 13:00 (CEST).
