Enterprise Europe Network organizes matchmaking at Northern Power 2025, Finland’s largest hydrogen-themed business forum in Oulu. Northern Power brings together hundreds of international industry leaders, innovators, researchers and policymakers to discuss the future of hydrogen energy in the Nordic region.
Participating in a matchmaking is a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration. A 15-minute pre-scheduled meeting is a brilliant way to make a first impression that lasts! Note that the 1to1 meetings are held onsite in Oulu.

Nordic Hydrogen Week 2025
Northern Power Business Forum is part of the Nordic Hydrogen Week 11–13 February 2025 in Oulu. Nordic Hydrogen Week is a 3-day event presenting the current state of Nordic hydrogen projects, studies and innovations evolving hydrogen market’s growth in Nordics. Note that there is a separate registration to each of the Nordic Hydrogen Week events.
11 FEB: Hydrogen Research Day
Seminar about the latest innovations given by international hydrogen specialists and researchers at the University of Oulu. This year’s main themes are 1) Catalysis in hydrogen value chain, 2) Societal and economical aspects in hydrogen transition, and 3) Hydrogen in industrial processes. 12 FEB: Hydrogen Impact Forum: Nordic Collaboration for EU Transition
Hydrogen Impact Forum provides a facilitated discussion platform for stakeholders of the hydrogen transition. The discussion will focus in particular on the experiences of different actors in Finland, Sweden and Norway in participating in the planning phases of the projects. The aim is also to discuss how to improve the information flow and build trust. Roundtable panelists are recruited in advance, but everyone can come to follow the discussion. Register here
12 FEB: BotH2nia Field Tour
During the bus tour, the areas in Oulu will be visited, where the hydrogen industry is being built in this decade and where new hydrogen companies may be located in the future. A brief review the status of future hydrogen projects in different parts of the Oulu region.
