Digital Health will be the major driver of healthcare in the future – and this includes the medical technology industry. Healthcare is transitioning at the moment, with digital products requiring a rethink of innovation processes and business models. One major issue is the increasing patient centricity of the entire value-added chain.
Convinced of its pivotal role, we chose to focus on this topic and have made it the central theme of Swiss Medtech Day this year. The event is designed to highlight and understand the key role of medical technology in the digitalisation of healthcare.

Onsite Matchmaking
Morning Session: 10.35 – 11.35 h | Lunch Session: 12.35 – 14.05 h | Afternoon Session: 16.30 – 18.00 h
Onsite participants will have the opportunity to schedule 15 minute meetings with other participants during the event. A dedicated matchmaking room will provide the necessary privacy to hold beneficial meetings.
Longterm Matchmaking
9 September, 08.00 h – 15 September, 17.00 h
Virtual participants, as well as all other participants have the opportunity to schedule virtual meetings with other participants for a one week period after the event. This allows you to deepen connections. Other than the onsite meetings, the duration of longterm matchmaking meetings can be set by the participants.

Opening Key Note: Dr Joël Luc Cachelin
Dr Joël Luc Cachelin (1981) has written studies on the digital future of healthcare; for example on digitalisation in psychiatry or on how billion-dollar startups are influencing the future of medicine.
