Yrityskontaktimatka Puolaan – Open to Scandinavia- matchmaking tapahtuma 1.6.2023 Olsztynissä
Enterprise Europe Network ja Warmia ja Mazuryn paikallishallinto kutsuvat yrityksiä Suomesta, Tanskasta ja Ruotsista osallistumaan konferenssiin ja yritystapaamisiin. Alueen päätoimialoja ovat huonekaluvalmistus ja puunkäsittely, koneteollisuus, maatalous ja ruuantuotanto, turismi ja terveysteknologia.
Tapahtuma on maksuton. Matkalle osallistuvien yritysten matka- ja majoituskulut on myös mahdollista saada korvattua.
The Enterprise Europe Network Contact Point acting within the framework of The Warmia and Mazury Regional Development Agency JSC in Olsztyn is pleased to invite Danish, Finnish, Polish and Swedish companies to participate in “OPEN TO SCANDINAVIA” B2B meetings.
We invite companies interested in business cooperation with Polish companies. In recent years companies from Warmia and Mazury region have shown great interest in cooperating with Scandinavian business partners. The main objective of the event is to establish long-term international cooperation between Warmian and Masurian enterprises and companies from Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
B2B meetings are a successful way for entrepreneurs to set new business contacts and get to know new innovative products.
Representatives of Danish, Finnish and Swedish companies (1 person per company, 10 people in total) that register at the conference and b2b sessions have a chance to have their stay financed on 31.5 – 2.6. (round-trip tickets, transportation in Poland, accommodation, meals will be arranged and covered by the organizers of the event). Companies highly interested in cooperation with Polish companies will receive financing. The information about financing will be sent to every registered person after confirmation by organizers.

Till 26.05.2023 // B2B meetings requires. Send meeting request to selected participants. Meeting requests must be accepted or declined.
Till 30.05.2023 // You will receive your pre-liminary meeting schedule by e-mail. Your schedule will contain time and table number of each single meeting.
01.06.2023 (1p.m. – 3p.m.) // Bilateral face-to-face meetings. You will receive your updated meeting schedule at the reception desk.
Meeting duration: 20 min/meeting
